This is a topic which I think about at least once every two months. It’s so complicated just because of how many different power systems humans have creatively constructed over the years. There are just so many types and they range anywhere from god-tier/overpowered to scrub-like/barely useful powers.

For example you could choose to have the powers of Frieza from Dragon Ball and be able to destroy worlds at the flick of a finger. Or you can have the power of Water Boy, from the video game dispatch. All he could do was puke out pressured water.

Personally for me, I wouldn’t want either. Just because I think I would be the one to accidentally blow up a planet. So i’d want the type of super power that gives me world dominating powers, with the option to surpass my limits and achieve universal power. But as for the simple answer… I’d like the power of becoming pure lightning. In the same way Enel has it in the anime One Piece. What power or powers would you all want. If you could implement a power system into our world, what would it be.
